<p>This document describes the package <strong class="pkg">Float</strong>, which implements in <strong class="pkg">GAP</strong> arbitrary-precision floating-point numbers.</p>

<p>The computer algebra system <strong class="pkg">GAP</strong> is available at <span class="URL"><a href="https://www.gap-system.org">https://www.gap-system.org</a></span>.</p>
