Tests for StringBuilder optimization with D8 release mode pattern.

Verify that the instruction simplifier pass correctly transforms common
StringBuilder patterns used for string concatenation into the optimized
StringBuilderAppend instruction.
The test covers both cases where StringBuilder is initialized with a string and
where it's initialized empty.
The test also covers cases where the optimization should be aborted.
