Subject: Bug 1790097 (MOZ) - add is_castos to
libwebrtc/build/config/chromecast_build.gni.
Upstream 56e01bffd1de3e5b27e0da87f8019d44aa55a562 replaces
is_cast_desktop_build with is_castos. Until we vendor an updated
third_party/libwebrtc/build directory, we'll add is_castos with a
default value of false to keep the upstream build files happy.
